I feel so bad.......

I feel like I am not doing a good job in my project. Too much heat from the public and people just care about their own Township. They don’t care about the other people problem once things are starting to build. I thought this kind of thinking is just in Chinese culture – each household just shovel their own front door. Americans also have this kind of idea in their heads!!
