Everything is going smoothly for the new house

A lot of people asked us about the settlement on Friday. Thanks guys for all the support, caring, praying, phone call, e-mail etc. I am surprised that it went very well. We went to the new house for the pre-settlement inspection at 8am. After checking all the stuffs, we went back to the agent’s office for all the paper work. Everything was set before 11am. Then we stayed at the house for a bit. We videotape the whole house and it was fun. We went out for lunch in the Korean store cause we knew that it would be a long day ahead for us.

After the lunch, we went to the first furniture store and surprising, we got the sofa at that store. It was on sale and the color and type are what we both looking for. Then we went to the mattress store to get Anna’s bed. Again, we got that in the first shot. For the big stop, Ikea, we spent 4 hours there and we were tired like hell. Fortunately IT and BBT met us at the new house. They are excited as we are. We had a great time there and also we went out for dinner. Thanks for BBT suggestion; we had a pretty good dinner. However the service wasn’t that good at all, we didn’t even have the dessert. It was a long day and long weekend (cleaning) for us. We will have a long week this week as well because we have to get all the final things set for the big move on Sun. I really hope that everything will be settled soon.
